The possibilities are endless.Article updates August 2018: Here’s a message from Ed posted on his Puckerbutt Pepper Company website: Creamed honey should not be exposed to high heat as this will cause the creamed honey to liquefy. If creamed honey is liquefied, it cannot be returned to its previous state. A softer consistency can be obtained by leaving the creamed honey in room temperature or near a window on a warm day. Answer: Only if you want. All of our creamed honey, like our regular, liquid honey, is shelf stable. If a firmer consistency is desired, the creamed honey may be placed in the refrigerator. Question: Do I have to refrigerate my creamed honey? We do not use preservatives or added sugars. This sauce boasts fermented Carolina reaper pepper the hottest chilli in the world. The Carolina Reaper comes in between 1,400,000 - 2,200,000 SHU. Currently our hottest sauce in our range. Answer: Our regular, creamed honey has no additional additives. Our flavored, creamed honeys have only natural flavors added. For instance, our cinnamon, creamed honey has two ingredients, honey and cinnamon. More than twice as hot as a Ghost Pepper - which is no walk in the park. Question: What do you add to your creamed honey? Answer: Regular liquid honey crystallizes over time. Some people mistakenly believe that the crystallized honey has "gone bad" Crystallized honey is still good, it has just changed its form. Normal, crystallized honey has a grainy texture. Our process controls the crystallization through a series of steps. The result of this process is a honey that has much smaller crystallization and yields a product with a smooth consistency somewhat similar to that of peanut butter.
